ruminations . . .
saw old school. laughed until i cried and drool spilled out of my open mouth. in spite of the absurdity, there were a lot of true things in that movie. i won't say which. **** something i read while reading a snatch from david sedaris' me talk pretty one day, a description of new yorkers: "new yorkers like to say how tired they are, and when someone says that they look tired, they fall apart" (not vertabim) i started laughing out loud when i read this, b/c i was thinking, tHAT'S ME! hahahahaha. oh man. suck it UP, SON. that's the message there. **** lunch/dinner with PR and paul: nice, easy convo about life, church, and random topics. it was a nice change of tempo in life. i was reminded of how much i missed some people. **** yesterday at 1:15am, met a certain young man, (s), at pari pari ko. a pleasant young man. what a coincidence. hahahaha yakob at 10:52 PM |
