ack. played 4 hours of basketball again. i usually shoot a lot, avg # assists, very few rebounds. today, my shot was terrible, had very few assists, lots of turnovers. my only highlight was that i grabbed a lot of boards.

someone drove a shoulder right into my larynx. my voice is a bit croaky, and it feels like someone crammed a apple in my throat. hurts to swallow. i hope it's not permanent. this will put a severe wrinkle in my ability to lead praise.
