the new basketball court is open! yay!!!
unfortunately, i'm still recovering from the 4 hr bball run from sunday. i'm still very sore, but it was WELL WORTH IT.

that was one of the most fun balling i have had in recent memory. didn't cramp till the end, felt like i could shoot from anywhere, and had plenty of spring, despite not playing for months.

a little bit of strength goes a LONG way.

since i'm not eating 3 meals/day anymore (that was just too much food, too much eating. totally ridiculous), i'm trimming down a tad. down to 166lbs.

if i can go down to 155, i figure i'll be faster and jump a bit higher. to work!

i stopped by a party for my friend HD, who is going to boston for 1 yr of harvard public health to get an MPH. what a stud. i love this guy. the best anatomy partner anyone could have. i have fond memories of being in the anatomy room with him and 50 cadavers, studying @ midnight for an exam. studying, helping one another (this was when i was actually doing really well, and knew my stuff), and discussing theology. good times.

HD is just a genuine good, good guy. everyone loves him. i'm going to miss him, but maybe i can visit him there. plus, we'll graduate together. :)
