surgery wk 4, day...__: call

today really sucked, because theorectically, my general surgery rotation ended on friday, so i made plans for today (i.e. john and kim's wedding) but my team demanded that i come in for call today, and post-call tomorrow. just absolutely miserable. instead of celebrating the joining of two lovely people, i am stuck in the hospital running menial tasks today and tomorrow, and then start my surgery electives on monday. but enough of me.

happy birthday, jenn! - you now have a man, a man that coos love songs to you. what more could a girl want in life? :D

and now... to a short sleep before i must tear myself from my bed to pre-round tomorrow morning. i'm beginning to associate the words "round" and "pre-round" with EVIL
