    ugh.

    ran a mile in 7 min, another half mile in...i don't know...was taking it a lot easier the second time. then proceeded to work on chest, triceps, and supraspinatus, infraspinatus, and teres minor. (area right behind shoulder and over your shoulder blade)

    i think i worked out a bit too hard, tho, because i'm still out of breath, even 20 min after my workout, and i have a bit of a headache. agh.

    this is what i get for being so competitive and wanting to beat albert. current weight, 159 lb (up from 148, one month ago), shooting for 162, where i will meet albert, in 1 week. i don't know if i can tone down to rock hard by then. i'm getting bulkier, and leaner, but not rock hard. (YET. :) soon, my friends, soon...

    meanwhile, i'm too exhausted...i'm kneeling on my floor as i write this. time for shower, quick review and sleep early tonight. hopefully...
