gave a big extended whoop for my bro. everyone gets to write a few lines that the dean reads after calling the student's name. when david was about to be called up, this is what happened:
Dean reads, "David Y. Lee, B.A. in history, (big whoop from me and jimmy), graduating #1 in his class, with honors....(oohs and aaahs from the crowd, murmurs amongst the students), JUST KIDDING!! mom, dad, clap for me, please! (biggest laughs of the afternoon from everyone)"
it was pretty entertaining. aunt, uncle, and my cousins, barbara and major came up also.
