ok, i can't know for sure what happened on that night in colorado. all i can say is, kobe really screwed up, but i never believed that he raped the girl. well, only kobe, the accuser, and God knows.

i'm just glad he's free. to be honest, i've thought the prosecution was shaky from the very beginning. never mind the girl's weird history. the actions of DA told me that they had no case. he reminds me of a guy who wants some limelight, then saw that he would lose, so he handed over the case to other ppl.

so in his statement to the media, the guy keeps on attacking kobe and defending the girl. jeez, dude, you just admitted to the world you have no case, and you're STILL attacking kobe. as legal experts on cnn and abc have said, the prosecution team bungled this one up. in addition, they should have APOLOGIZED to kobe and eagle county.

if you DO have a case, it is the prosecution's DUTY to go forward with the case, even if the accuser is not willing. by not going forward, it is an admission of having no case. if THAT is so, then they should apologize to kobe for what they've put him through. kobe made his apologies. time for the DA to do his.

on a happier note, i can't wait to see the new Lakers team in action. i hope kobe goes nuts and the lakers take the league. WATCH CHRISTMAS DAY. shaq and miami in LA. man, it's going to be good. you know kobe is going to try to dunk in shaq's face, and shaq is going to try to knock him down.

i generally don't like mtv. i think it's terrible for young kids to watch. life is not all about the "bling bling."

however, there is one show i like to watch on mtv. that show is, "PIMP MY RIDE."

why do i like this show? because it's not just talking about rich ppl's nice cars. no, the dudes go out to poor ppl with really really shot cars, and then do a nice thing, by sweetening their cars, cars that are usually really vital in their lives.

there was this one episode about a girl named christine. she had this tiny ghetto civic, it was rotting and swamped. she was a student, and stayed home to take care of her grandmother. (does this sound like a korean drama or what?)

anyway, when xzibit (sp?) showed up, she went bananas. not just happy bananas. she went crazy as if life had been smacking her in the face for a long time, like she was a single mom of five kids working 3 jobs to feed em and getting a check for a $1000. some crazy ecstatic/relief/sad/happy emotions. i mean, she knew her car was going to get fixed, and just SEEING xzibit was enough to make her cry. i don't think she even needed her car pimped up. she just wanted it fixed and functional. even xzibit started tearing. and they didn't even fix her car yet.

and when they fixed her car. man. it was sweet. they put lamborghini (sp?) bat-wings for doors. it was pretty nice. she started crying, xzibit started crying, the tough dudes at west coast started crying, heck, even i started tearing a little.

where was this show when i had my saturn?!!!
