ok, i have to blog this:
i was studying in the quiet room on the 6th floor of bobst. as usual, the room was very quiet save for the sounds of breathing and occasional weight shifting in the wooden chairs. the stillness of the room was violated 5 minutes ago when a dude just ripped a 5 sec-long fart. absolute stillness as ppl held their breaths, and didn't move in their chairs. then the perpetrator started to shake and laugh, unable to pretend nothing happened, and his pals joined in the laughter. they are still giggling. i'm out here to let that room air a bit. who knew that the library could be such an exciting place?!
