Hi Jane, Jacob--

how're you 'ol GLCers? we've got to get together one of these days before we all leave NY! I am writing to ask you a favor. My roommate , Nina, and I are looking for a roommate. If you could tell church, friends, classmates, coworkers etc., i would appreciate it. It is a 3-bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side at 93rd St. and West End. She would get her own room. It is a good size room for NY standards. It can fit a bed, desk, and bookcase and drawer furniture. The 1,2,3,9 Train is 1 block away from us. Esp convenient for Columbia students. The area is nice, quiet, and very safe. We live on the 4th floor, elevator bldg, and laundry in basement.

Both Nina and I work full-time, very considerate roommates, clean, and friendly.

Rent is $970 a month, prefer a long-term stay roommate, but that is workable.
